Shadow Seal-Waterproof Shadow Converter converts your favorite powder and loose eye shadows into smudge-proof, waterproof  formulas. The lightweight, liquid texture intensifies pigment for a more dramatic and long lasting result.  It can also be used as a shadow primer by brushing the liquid onto the closed eye lid and allowing to dry before applying shadow.

-Mix a few drops of Shadow Seal-Waterproof Shadow Converter with product and apply immediately.

- Use to bring your pomade back to a moist consistency

- Add to shadows to intensify pigment 

- May convert shadows to eyeliner, get creative and make your own colors
